Few updates to share:
- We found out that we have to include a NFPA 13D fire suppression system as a part of the build, as all homes in this development are required to have it installed (though nothing was called out in the purchase docs, CC&Rs, etc.) UGH... that was a budget hit we were not prepared for, so we quickly had to work through it. In the end, it will be good and add "peace-of-mind," but not something we had planned on.
- We will sign with title TONIGHT, so that part will be completed! (No clue what took so long...)
- Got this update from Mike (builder) this morning: "I’m working hard to have the dig out next week."
So, I am hoping to start having plenty of updates/pictures to share soon! We simply cannot wait!
